[FR] Line select link sharing.

The current "share link" behaviour is that it allows selection of some section of text. This is useful, but I think the other mode that is missing is clicking on the line number in the side bar / click to drag to select a range of line numbers.
This would perhaps generate a link with query param ?lineSelect=10 or ?lineSelect=10-12

As an added note, if possible it might be good to keep this query param as human readable as possible so that users can quickly grok which lines a link refers to.
