Description
Currently, 3rd party plugin development for sourcecred requires deep understanding of the sourcecred codebase. There is literally no documentation aimed at enabling 3rd party plugin developers. This epic represents the creation of a documentation resource that will quickly get new plugin developers oriented to the sourcecred development environment and provide training material and references to development resources in a novice to expert order.
