Review/remove outdated content in FAQ

On the FAQ page, there is some outdated content.

• Project & Governance section needs updating. Have created a separate issue for that, as I'm suggesting making this its own new page.
• Under 'Intangible work', remove (or update) reference to Creditor
• Under 'request feature', remove old dev meeting time. Suggest not adding exact new time, as meetings will invariably shift and this will get out of date again. Suggest keeping it high level, just pointing to the calendar and #feature-requests channel

Also would suggest general read-through by other people, as some of this stuff reads well to me and still holds up, but others may feel differently.
