KOMPSAT load data functions do not work any more

Both SPEDAS and pyspedas cannot get data from KOMPSAT any more.

Plots are empty after Feb 26:

The following still works with a browser:

My guess is that something has changed with the authentication internally (the way the token and the session worked was quite complicated).

I talked to David Fischer and he asked the ESA people who verified that the authentication mechanism has been changed.

We are trying to find a solution.

KOMPSAT in pyspedas has now been updated. KOMPSAT tests should be working correctly.

Now working on PHP and IDL.

Authentication method has been changed for pyspedas, SPEDAS, and PHP.
