Moving druid-opa-authorizer to druid/extensions-contrib

Hi! Is there any reason you do not want to move druid-opa-authorizer to druid/extensions-contrib in official repo? I would like to try to add it there if you do not have any objections.

Hi, thanks - that's a good question.

In the beginning it was just a "oh, let's first see if it works" kinda thing and then we never got around to it.
We'd be happy to donate the code and if you would even do the work: Even better.

The project is currently licensed under the OSL license but we're happy to relicense under Apache if you want to contribute a PR.

I took some time yesterday to prepare code changes in druid-opa-authorizer branch inside my Druid fork.
