Inverse Gaussian distribution #371

Unless I missed it, or there's some naming confusion, it seems like this package is missing the inverse Gaussian/Wald distribution?
Is there a technical reason why this might be difficult, or has there just not been demand for it so far? It doesn't seem like it would be any less straightforward than some existing implementations.
Assuming all that is true, would you accept a PR? Can't say whether I'll have the bandwidth so it's a bit of a hypothetical question right now, but it seems like it should be in reach by following the patterns elsewhere in this crate.
