Fix auto-updating SDK version in the examples and templates

Set up bots that bump version automatically
Need to take care of breaking changes manually

At the moment https://github.com/subsquid-labs/squid-evm-examples and https://github.com/subsquid-labs/squid-evm-templates are not updated. This has a significant negative impact for onboarding new users
