- Please tell us about yourself (include an email address):
I am the developer and owner of hoomanlibrary.com.
For one of its tools called Gold Ark, I need to double check and cross reference some data for 17 Hadith books.
This is an AI powered accumulator of public Islamic knowledge that is deep diving into each Verse, Hadith , Tafsie, major books and so on to interconnect the journey of all major concepts through the 15 centuries of Islam.
I can be reached at hooman@hoomanexperiment.com
- Your purpose in using this API:
i link all sources on the website and have identified Sunnah.com as the source but I have recently located a data bug (owing to the multiple numbering of hadith (Arabic, English, and Sunnah.com references) etc that I need to dig deep into to ensure proper number.
It would be mush easier if could secure the Hadith books and run the sanity checks offline as goign through the web to source and vet the data takes a lot of time.
-
API rate limits:
Default is fine: 100 req/sec, 10,000 req/day.
We estimate ~2,400 total requests, completable in a single day.
-
Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
Yes. That ill also improve the LLM scanning and deep morphological profiling
-
What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
Arabic and English.
-
What programming language will your API client be in?
Python.
