Unable to create a resource with a multipart deposit on DSPACE 6

We are unable to create a resource with a multipart deposit using this library.

In fact, we are unable to create a resource with a multipart deposit at all.

I've been trying to refactor this client for the last few days to no avail. Attached are three tests, reduced to the most basic PHP:

• DSpace-SWORDV2-bugs.zip

TEST1 and TEST2 returns: Stream ended unexpectedly
TEST3 returns: No ingester configured for this package type

Note: TEST3 uses CURLFile. I cannot add Packaging: http://purl.org/net/sword/package/SimpleZip or
Content-MD5: [md5-digest] as arbitrary sub headers using that class.

Unfortunately, multipart has never really worked. The library support has never been there. See:
