New table in workgroup database in Tableau Server ( I might only confirmed at least 2019.1.X and later version)

In Tableau Server V2020.2.2, the workgroup database has new table named "saml_assertions_metadata", which has 4 columns, Id, Assertion Id, IdpEntiry Id and Expires At.
I'm not sure from which version this table is created but at least V2020.2.
I also found out that in V2019.1.17 this table seems to exist because I saw vizportal log file which said "assertion_id violates not-null constraint" in Tableau Server V2019.1.17.
