Tag for admin-tools is written as 1.29 rather than 1.29.0 as the repo specifies, causing it not to be found

Probably just need to either publish with correct tag, or correct repo example .env here.

although auto-setup package is published with 1.29.0 https://hub.docker.com/r/temporalio/auto-setup, I assume publishing additional tag should be better than adjusting .env

Thanks so much for your contribution! It looks like this was fixed in #237 (might've been a cross-post!) and I just tested the install instructions against 1.29.1 which now exists, and looks good again.
