[Bug] Standalone Activities - OTel tracing interceptors don't intercept standalone activities client calls

temporalio.contrib.opentelemetry.TracingInterceptor and OpenTelemetryInterceptor do not currently implement the new client.Interceptor methods related to standalone activities. This results in not creating the client-side spans when executing activities.
