White List Emails

As Bill, I would like to only process emails that are privately held so that I don't have to vet through spam emails.

NOTE:

• This is an extension of ticket Verification Link Within Healthcare Provider Email #173 "Verification Link within Health Provider Email" as this relates to whitelisting email coming through from the application on Squarespace

Acceptance Criteria

• The ability to block unwanted or malicious email such as phishing, scams and spam from a random or publicly held domain
• Once an application has been validated, update the nomination model 'Email Validated' field boolean to 'T' (The email will be bypassed. NOTE: If the email has not been validated, the nomination model 'Email Validated' field boolean will remain 'F')
• The ability to expand the list of public domains (NOTE: The current code has a list of public domains. This acceptance criteria will allow the ability to expand the current list.)

Domains

• Ability to open view for blocked domains within the Settings option
• Blocked Domains view will display beneath the "Grant Cycle" tab
• Blocked Domains view will allow the user to add to blocked domain list
• Blocked Domains view will display all other blocked domains that the system already has

@hmichele I was thinking through this from a user's perspective and I realized that email whitelisting goes two ways. From the user side as well as from Bill's perspective. In that case, should we create a ticket that sends an email to the user asking the user to add the KSF email to their list of contacts?
