Hi,

First, I want to say that you and your team have created an excellent resource for coupled loads analysis. I’ve learned a lot from working through the tutorials, and I’m looking forward to continuing to explore the material in more depth.

I have been trying to go through the test folder, and for now more specifically it's the pyyeti/tests/nas2cam/with_se.dat

The first thing I noticed that there are some files that are missing (i.e. getqpart.v9 (but I think this is probably part of nas2cam_subdmap_2023.v9), dbdalter.v9, and sysmodes.v9) - Are these files necessary to properly run 'with_se.dat'?

I did turn the above mentioned files off to try to understand the functionality with 'nas2cam_103.v9' calling subDMAP NAS2CAM, but unfortunately, I run into an error with a couple of data blocks named 'LAMAS0 and GDNTAB'. I see that you ALTER the NAS2CAM variable call at the end of subDMAP SEMODES but the variables LAMAS0 and GDNTAB seem to not exist there.

I have tried to debug, mainly remove the missing variables to push the DMAP to run, which it does and outputs both the op2 and op4 files but I do get errors.

At last I post process the op2 files and the only data dictionary with data I get is the following:

A little background: I am a structural analyst and have a pretty good handle on Python. I’ve recently started diving deeper into loads and dynamics—especially spacecraft coupled loads analysis. I’m looking to strengthen my understanding of the modal transient analysis workflow and how to perform loads/data recovery using Output/Transportation Matrices (OTMs) from Craig-Bampton model reduction outputs.

I appreciate your help. Please, let me know if you have any questions.

Hassan
