In the dialog box to save one or multiple image I enter the text : "test.png"
the filename saved on the drive will be something like
.xdp-test-1.png-1Mgcjj
If force to rename every file produce by simple scan a second time. I search for a fix and ask on forums with no answer . the file extension is lost which is used by many software.
