Use trash icon in FieldMapper

Issue summary

In FieldMapper can we use trash icon instead as CMS use this.

E.g. for prevalues of dropdown, radiobutton and checkbox lists.

Furthermore a bit styling to make this fields align nicely.

I'm going to move this to a feature request as whilst it's not consistent with the Umbraco UI, it's also not broken and causing any issues.
