Add section for emails and phone numbers

With the help of the regexes that SmokeDetector uses, perhaps the script could attempt to detect (obfuscated) emails and phone numbers, allow the user to run a metasmoke regex search and watch/blacklist them according to the result of that search, in accordance with Charcoal's [Guidance for blacklisting and watching](https://charcoal-se.org/smokey/Guidance-for-Blacklisting-and-Watching.html).
