Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is ExplorerPatcher not honoring the setting under Folder Options, View, Restore previous folder windows at logon?

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.
Please post explorer patcher version, by running EP properties application and click on About on the left side.
