RO-86 will allow users to control the opening and closing of apps, so that custom methods of opening apps can be implemented. The most common use case of such functionality will likely be to just add additional app shortcuts throughout a user's app. Provide a public {{}} component (may or may not be derived from the existing internal {{}} component) that renders an element that will open the configured app when clicked/double clicked.
