Setting to disable update notifications

First of all, thanks for the extension! I really enjoy it to block AI-music YouTube channels, however there is one thing that's starting to bother me: the constant nagging notifications to refresh the page after an update. It wouldn't be so bad if they were very occasional, but it seems like the extension is updated every couple of days and then I get the notification on all my YouTube tabs, which is really annoying.

My proposal is to have a setting to disable these notifications. I don't mind running an outdated version for the tabs I haven't refreshed yet. The updates never seem that impactful anyway, I don't want to keep being reminded about this extension, I just want it to work quietly in the background. Does that make sense?
