[Feature request] Standalone Toolba (Without Vercel)

Flags SDK currently integrates seamlessly with the Vercel Toolbar, but does not with other providers. It's also missing if you use client-side flags only, without a backend.

Toolbar (visual toggle) for flags is one of the most important features in development and preview environments.
