Removing framer-motion #1
Description
The current implementation leverages framer-motion to animate the progress bar width increasing. framer-motion is quite large for this purpose, specifically when you don't already have framer-motion in the project this adds 15kB in bundle size. We should be able to animate the bar's width using a more lightweight approach.
