Connect-SsoAdminServer needs PORT option #642

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Connect-SsoAdminServer only works if the target is listening on port 443. This does not align with Connect-ViServer and Connect-CisServer, which allow connecting to a vCenter that is listening over a custom port number (or is reachable only via a proxy which cannot listen on port 443).

Add an option for PORT number over which to attempt the connection.
