[BUG] Job statut "prepared" but it doesn't advance

Describe the bug
Submitted several nifti T1 files on the DeepCeres pipeline.
The job status appears as "prepared" but not submitted. And the status has remained the same for the last 3 hours.

Expected behavior
I was supposed to get an email of job resolved and be abled to download the segmentation of the cerebellum.
