TL;DR:

  • goal: faster context switching between tabs/panes when agents need my attention
  • idea: increase timeout on notifications
  • idea: persistent visual indicator on tab(s) of un-ack'ed notifications
  • idea: tab name prefix in the notification

Raw Details from the Post:
I use custom Claude Code hooks to play sounds on Notification (like, when Claude needs input) and on Stop (when its turn is finished), and these are great. I use [this] plugin for visual indicators using Warp notifications. They're ok. Indeed, I can click on the notification to take me to whichever tab + pane triggered it, but they're gone pretty fast. 2 suggestions:

  • I'd love a persistent visual indicator (even just colored dot or something) on any tab that surfaced a notification that I've not yet navigated to.
  • Also, in the notification, it'd be great to see the message prefaced with the tab name, if there is one.

Overall goal: waste zero time in figuring out which tab(s) and pane(s) need my attention.
