Create new Project on Matecat in detached mode
Create new Project on Matecat With HTTP POST ( multipart/form-data ) protocol. new has a maximum file size limit of 200 MB per file and a max number of files of 600. This API will process the project creation in background. Client can poll the v1 project creation status API to be notified when the project is actually created.
