The latency between the server and the client?

Hello, I'm getting large latency between the server and any viewer I use. Both are on the same network and on the same subnetmask. I don't know what to do to change it and improve the connection. Can you please help me out?

Update result on the benchmark. I change the Frame rate a little and lan frame rate to help because at 30 and 30 is slow.

at 90 the refresh rate on the screen is a little slow but it works better then before.

This is on the same network but wireless. Might be the reason I just realized.

Anyway, I added a lot of improvements there, so it should be better now. Especially on VNC clients that support the JPEG encoder, because I noticed that it seems to work best of all

Hello, Yes it seems to be a little better. I did notice. The mouse and keyboard is smooth. But the screen refreshing seems to be a little better as well. I'm not sure i it because the little server I have is on wireless and my laptop is on wireless that it in packs the refresh or not. Does them numbers seem right to you?
