Bug in `YamboAnalyser()` because of new output files?

This problem was found by Anna Romani.

The appearance of a blank space in the o-* output files for BSE confuses the function plot_bse in yambopy.analyse.py.

The function expects the first column to be # E/ev[1] ... but instead finds # E[1] [eV] .... To be understood if this is a general change (or only lumen / only yambo) and which kind of compatibility should be needed.
