"On this page" menu error #33
Description
When accessing chapter 3 from another chapter (or by going to the link directly without anything after "03.html", and clicking on the "On this page" options for all sections beginning on 3.4.2, it "undershoots" the automatic scroll and sends the user to a section above the one selected
after clicking on the proximal section link:

after resetting the url and clicking on the 3.7 version link:
This doesn't happen on the sections before 3.4.2
And it also happens on mobile (android, if that helps)
