Fix scroll_past_end configuration

I reported an issue on Sublime itself about scroll_past_end in the results pane and it seems like it's actually a configuration issue on this end: https://github.com/sublimehq/sublime_text/issues/6619

Would be good to get this fixed so future folks with it enabled have a good experience :)
