Gameval Workflow

Added workflow to update gamevals

Checks rl git every on Monday - Thursday every 3 hrs and auto prs gamevals if any of the const files changes

Added logging for if gamvals that we used get removed or changed also shows any changes in a git diff kinda style

Uses two python scripts to process the data and then their is a workflow for the runelite and also gamevals but they can be combined if you so wish

• Changed to run every Monday-wed 4pm
• Scans Every Json
• Remakes a branch each rev

This is now over here 117HD/gameval-updater@41f6940, based on your work 🙂 The revision stuff is half-way gone for simplicity, and it'll instead just use whatever RuneLite tags their gameval commit as, which only occasionally includes the rev. I'm not quite sure what the logic is behind that, but oh well.
