As part of https://github.com/reboot-dev/mono/issues/4284 we will use
clang-format-19instead, update the required version and adjust the version-finding mechanism.That script won't be run in the MacOS environment, so we don't care about that.
Tested that script manually on a workspace which was built with LLVM19.
