Pull request overview
Updates the OpenSSL provider documentation (plugins/ossl_prov/) to provide a fuller end-to-end guide for building, installing, and using the Azure Integrated HSM OpenSSL 3 provider (including algorithm coverage and CLI workflows).
Changes:
- Replaces the minimal README with detailed sections on supported algorithms, key-usage constraints, and operation chaining.
- Adds build/install guidance (mock builds, static OpenSSL linkage notes, and module installation).
- Adds extensive OpenSSL CLI examples for EC/RSA workflows, ECDH, HKDF, and the
azihsm://store URI.
