Xbox Implementation

Just creating a draft pull request for when we're ready.

Things to note before the pull request can be merged:

• Add new dependencies to optional install list (i.e. "inputs")
• Throw a try-catch around the import in case the user doesn't want to use an Xbox controller with their installation, no need to install extra unused dependencies.
