Updates Marketplace::is_zalando() to treat any channel name starting with zalando (case-insensitive) as Zalando, instead of relying on a strict ZALANDO + id naming pattern.

Adds clarifying docs that Shoppingfeed Zalando channel names include merchant-specific suffixes rather than a single global channel id.
