Reworked the navigation bar to make the links, logo, and brand name to be visually the same across all pages. Also, added a hamburger menu which will activate once a certain viewport has been passed (great for mobile devices). Lastly, modified the survey page to accommodate mobile devices visually, changing fonts sizes, container sizes, and other elements.
