- docs/PLAN.md (new) — shipped-state snapshot: stack, endpoints, closed task list, what's-not-done-and-why-thats-fine, the fresh-checkout setup recipe, known camera-day landmines, the submission-form one-liner. - CLAUDE.md — fixed reading-order (PLAN.md now #2, killed dead PLAN.md reference at #5), fixed verification commands to use apps/backend + apps/desktop paths, noted biome isn't actually installed (only tsc), noted pyright is unconfigured at the root and shows phantom errors. updated /llm/ path to /llm/providers.py. - AGENTS.md — killed the "legacy Auto-Edit button still works" line (button is gone), added crew mode bonus reveal under killer feature, fixed every backend/desktop/ path to apps/backend + apps/desktop, swapped vitest -> playwright in test commands, dropped biome from lint commands. so a fresh claude clone on the other machine catches up without needing to read the whole conversation history.
