This PR updates the CI workflow to run and verify Python and Rust example snippets before building the documentation with mkdocs. The goal is to ensure that any documentation examples included in the site are functional and up-to-date, preventing broken snippets from being published.
Duplicate of #626, which was closed unintentionally and unable to reopen.
