To "clone" this repository into your account on Titan:

Change to your home directory

cd

Make a high level directory to hold the repository (I'll call it Codes)

mkdir Codes

Change into this directory

cd Codes

Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/CCHPC/Supercomputing.git
