…oggle Substitutes a Copy to Clipboard button for the Print to HTML icon in the deck editor toolbar. Print to HTML remains available from the File menu. Adds a Copy to Clipboard menu item (Ctrl+Shift+C) and a Deck Conformance checkbox menu item that toggles FPref.ENFORCE_DECK_LEGALITY. New ICO_CLIPBOARD sprite added at (640, 700) in sprite_icons.png; attribution under "Other sprites and icons" in Credit-and-Thanks.md.
