CATROID-1628 Optimize GitHub Actions workflows

Small fix for reports names.

@Kale2605 Can you please try to fix the issue with the write permission on the PR GitHub action?
We get Error: HttpError: Resource not accessible by integration and I found some resources on how we can probably fix this.
