Adds documentation for the metrics export feature: - Setup guides for Grafana Cloud, Datadog, Prometheus, and custom OTLP endpoints - Full metrics reference (resource + execution metrics with labels) - API reference for config, test, and enable/disable endpoints - Example Grafana queries - Metric name mapping (OTLP to Prometheus naming conventions) - Reliability details (retry, circuit breaker, credential security)
