Add known to work with mod classification

I built a Addon mod that syncs Traffic Manager: President Edition (TM:PE) across Cities: Skylines Multiplayer (CSM) — without any code changes in either TM:PE or CSM! 🎉

Your addon mod looks really promising, I appreciate the effort! Looking forward to testing it soon.

About this pull request, I would prefer two additions to the mod detection logic:

• If TM:PE is there, but not your mod, it should be shown as incompatible and maybe a hint to install your mod can be shown
• If both mods are there, it should show as compatible
