📝 Description
story.controller.ts --> Added the DELETE endpoint, allowing you to delete a story ID from a specific anthology with the proper response codes of 200 and 404.

Couldn't verify due to Postgres error.
🏕️ (Optional) Future Work / Notes
Ran into some NestJS and yarn dependencies. Realized I ran yarn in the wrong root folder and then installed yarn tslib to resolve other dependencies related to the NestJS errors.
