  • Building upon what has been created in the initial 0.1 iteration a key addition is externally hosted local leaderboard. The game application flow exists with title screen and game over / score screen from local leaderboard. The game application is accessed via the browser and made available via a containerized http server serving up wasm. In the game itself you can now play non-randomized, intentionally constructed levels for up to 2 minutes.

  • Described as both iteration #1 and production #1 - deliver vertical slice, our first game deliverable is due on this date. I would anticipate that it would include the frontend only, with only the playable game and not the splash/title screen etc. A rough cut of the character and character control should be in place along with rough/placeholder art that allow for testing the concept.
