Changelog:

• Feature: Remembers which test cases invoke a method without using Autofilter.
• Enhancement: when a test case does not invoke a method, does not remember this test case as a recent one.
• Fix: Resource identifier has already been used in this assembly, after reopening a solution with resources.
• Fix: Alive stopped when typing in method name without (). Now it pauses and awaits for user to fix the code.
• Fix: Handle auto-updating assembly version numbers.
• Fix: Alive icon suggests running from test, but runs method directly.
