About The Pull Request
adds a disciplines tab for kindred and ghouls (humans and garou dont see the tab at all). displays them with dots, and a dot balance. different ages get different dot balances.
Why It's Good For The Game
dots good. i want us to all be on the rebase already and i feel like this is the last piece
