[ErrorTracking] Update Issue side panel screenshots

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Updates screenshots in the Error Tracking section to reflect the current UI, and removes unused/obsolete image files.

Changes:

• Updated screenshots: error-replay.png, error-tracking-overview.png, facets-panel.png, issue-correlation-*.png, issue-level-filters.png, issue-status-history.png, ownership-details.png
• Updated 13 markdown files to reference error-tracking-overview.png instead of the old error-tracking-overview-2.png
• Removed unused images: error-tracking-overview-1.png, error-tracking-overview-2.png, issue-status-history-2.png, suspected-cause-filter.png

Re-checked guidelines for images on localized pages - some changes to the PR are recommended

Hi Shiyue, thanks very much for this PR! I'm requesting some updates to adhere to best practices for changing images, which are intended to help prevent broken image links and ensure that the updated images display as intended.

Primarily, please keep the legacy image files in the directory, and add the new images with different file names (and update the image links as needed). Outdated images shouldn't be deleted at the time that they're replaced, which helps us account for delays in translation pipelines and caching issues. (We periodically run a script to remove images that aren't in use).
