Removes the
bug (FFL-1972)annotation forTest_FFE_Eval_Metric_Count, activatingtest_ffe_eval_metric_countonce dd-trace-java#11072 is merged.Java fix: dd-trace-java#11072 — sets CUMULATIVE temporality on the OTel OTLP metric exporter so the Datadog agent receives absolute counts rather than rate fractions that round to 0.
