Updates the Dutch (nl) localization message dictionary used by DevExtreme UI components to improve/extend translated strings.
Changes:
- Replaces multiple remaining English UI strings with Dutch equivalents across widgets (DataGrid, Scheduler, Calendar, FileManager, HtmlEditor, etc.).
- Fixes a few Dutch typos (e.g.,
Diamand→Diamant,Aflsuiter→Afsluiter). - Adjusts some existing Dutch phrasing/format strings (placeholders, ARIA labels, validation messages).
